What is good time for Wittman?

Hero WOD Wittman was pretty hard workout. My goal was to do all kettlebell swings unbroken, break up the power cleans into smaller manageable sets of 6+5+4 and do box jump unbroken but stepping down after each set to lower my hearth rate.

It is also first week I am doing some squats because I was recovering my knee, so the step ups were smart choice.

Our new web app that measures good time of crossfit wods showed me that good time for hero wod Wittman will be 15:02 and I was able to beat it with my time of 14:54.
